We are here to take away some of those common concerns associated with finding your salon home and to make sure our skill set is the right fit for you!

For Salon Services:

Hair Color

To book Color, Blonding or any Corrective Color, click the link below to fill out the form so we can get to  know you and your hair goals!

Once received, we will call you to book your appointment and take a deposit

Hair Cutting

Feel free to call, email or book online with any of our talented stylists. If you're not sure who you would like to have cut your hair, please visit our Instagram @utopiahawleypa. Your can then branch off to see many of our stylists work from there.

Handtied Hair Extensions

Before you book your in person consult, please fill out the Pre Extension Consultation Form. This will give your stylist a better idea of length desired, if you've had extensions before and hair type.

New Talent Stylists

Looking to book with one of our New Talent Stylists? Fill out the form below to get started! A New Talent Stylist is great hair on a budget, coached by an experience stylist and ready to let their wings fly!

2022 Brides:

Often times we are not able to accommodate Bridal Trials on Saturday and Sunday as these are key wedding days for Wedding Parties. Please contact our coordinator with advance notice to book your trial mid week. We recommend to book your trial 4-6 weeks before your event if you plan to not be "non trial bride"

Future Brides:

Please visit our Bridal tab to send in an inquiry. We will send you pricing, a contract and all details that are needed to reserve your wedding date. Please have all of your details ready to submit so we can give you an accurate quote!

For Spa Services: 

Looking to schedule a relaxing spa service?

Upon arrival of your spa appointment, you will be asked to fill out a new client history form.

​Please be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time so that we can get you checked in and you can de-compress before your appointment.

Spa Parties

Please fill out the form under, Menu>Spa Parties. We will get back to you within 48 hours

Please have the names of the guests coming with you, and the specific services including the 

time frame and type of service. Ex. 50 Minute Massage
