Below you will be able to navigate any forms necessary to begin the booking process for our Digital Consultation

We respect your time and want to be sure that we are the right fit for you and your unique needs. This step is essential and cannot be skipped!

First select the Form that would best suite you then fill it out to your best ability and send it on through! We will handle the rest. Please give us 48 hours to respond. We respond to as requests during regular business hours.

If after you fill out and submit the form below and you would like to come in for an in-person consultation, please call to book. 

30 minutes- $50. If you ultimately book an appointment, this money will go towards that visit.

This time is used to consult about your past color history, your hair goals and expectations before and after your hair appointment, color matching and budget/pricing.

Please fill this form out entirely if you are interested in becoming a new client or if you have not visited Utopia in 8 months for Hair Color, Blonding or any Corrective Color.Please share the following so we can match you with the stylist best for you. 4-5 photos of what your hair currently looks like in indirect sunlight, unfiltered inspiration photos and a description of what you're looking to have done, and a 2-3 year hair history.

These appointments can be up 4+ hour bookings and can take more than 1 session to achieve your desired result. Please plan accordingly.

Our front desk staff will contact you for a $100 deposit as well as a credit card on file. A 48 hour cancellation policy is required. Any cancellation between 48-24 hours is 50% of service total. 24 hours or less cancellation is 100% of service total.
