Weddings can be booked up to a year in advance, and no later than 3 months to ensure your date. However, if you have a late booking or last minute change of plans, we have a large #glamSquad on staff ready to serve you, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We recommend trials to be booked no more than 4-6 weeks in advance. Booking your trial on a special day like a bridal shower, engagement shoot or bachelorette party. After your styling session, your trial can be taken down and you can do something as simple as changing your lip shade to transform your look. Please plan accordingly, as we are not able to accommodate Saturday and Sunday trials and trials will need to be done mid week. Alternatively, you have the option to be a "non trial" bride if you are unable to make it to the area for a trial! Should you need to have your trial done the week of your wedding, a great time to do that is for your rehearsal dinner. Taking down your style for the wedding and changing your lip color can transform your look to give away any special details.

We love for our brides and her attendants hair to be FRESHLY cleaned and completely dry for all trials and day of services. (Clean, blow dried hair styles much better than slept on hair with dry shampoo in it) Please arrive with a clean face and only moisturize your skin prior to your service. We recommend to have a fresh brow/ lip wax, facials, sheet masks. This will allow your makeup to go on smoother.

A hair trial is booked for 1.5 hours and makeup is booked for 1 hours. The bride will be able to discuss different looks she has in mind with the stylists and will receive a complete makeup and hair service. Please bring your veil and headpiece if you have purchased it. Please feel free to bring one (1) guest with you.

The bride should bring her headpiece, veil, any jewelry or accessories you'd like your stylists to see, Pinterest or inspiration photos, lipstick/stain/gloss options you may be set on.

Absolutely! The Utopia #glamSquad believes that the purpose of your trial is to tryout looks and products with the stylists that will be working with you on your wedding day.

Absolutely! We recommend your trial 4-6 weeks before your wedding to allow you ample time to have picked out your dress, accessories, hair and makeup styles, this will still allow you to have time to request a second trial if you're interested. Brides who choose to get multiple trials do it for a few reasons. They ran out of time during the allotment one their first trial because they have many looks that they wanted to preview, they were not 100% happy with their trial so they requested another artist on our large team, or they changed something big like their dress, accessories etc last minute and want to be sure they love what they have decided on. Should you fall into this category, please email our coordinator as this is normal. *additional charges apply

We recommend clip-in extensions to best achieve your bridal desired look. Your hair stylist can color match you at your trial and make recommendations. If you would like your extensions before the day of your trial, you will need to come in person for a consultation where we will color, length & density match you. Clip In Extensions Installs are ONLY available to Brides. (we do not offer installs day of to any attendants) However we can style both clip-in extensions or any type of permanent extensions ie. bead, sewn-in, etc. as long as it is real hair and already installed at the time of the attendant needing to have their hair done.

All of our bridal service bookings are treated with a little extra TLC. All requests are answers during regular business hours M-F. All phone requests will be directed to email or "Book Your Wedding' Tab No requests can be made through Facebook, Instagram or without a signed contract.

From the very first point of contact more time and attention is spent with the bride. We allot an extended amount of time on the date of the trial, this will allow for multiple looks if requested. On the day of your wedding, you as the bride are top priority and our care and dedication is second to none. We do not do a la carte pricing for veil and hairpiece placement. We offer expert Stylists and Makeup Artists to create your personalized experience ensuring you are completely satisfied with your look from start to finish. These stylists have studied and mastered the art of Bridal work and are apart of an elite group of stylists who are ready to make you picture worthy.

Yes. We require a 50% deposit that is refundable should you choose to cancel your party within 30 days of your wedding day. It will be charged as soon as you would like to reserve your wedding day services and trial dates. Once the contract is received your information will be reviewed. You will receive a thorough breakdown of the totals as well as the deposit amount and the date it will be charged. You will have time to review your contract and should their be any need for changes, those can be done before your credit card will be initially charged.

We are more than willing to accomodate any last minute bookings the day of the wedding. To ensure everyone receives the services they would like in the time frame alloted, we highly recommend being included into the contract prior to. Should anyone be interested in/ needing to add on and pay for services day of the wedding, a business Venmo transaction must be paid.

Ideally, yes! We recommend to have as close of a number as you possibly can. As soon as we get your request, we start to lay out your wedding day and time frame. If you have someone who would like to add on to the contract later on, we can always try to accommodate.

Consultations are available for Extensions, Hair Styling and Makeup for the Bride Each appointment can be booked as an appointment before your contract and trial are completed. They are available for $50 per time slot needed.

Unfortunately, no. We will take two payments from the credit card on file. We recommend the bride to collect funds from her attendants in advance. This eases all confusion and there's no money exchange day of unless there are add on services. (day of add on- Business Venmo is available)

YES. A 20% GRATUITY HAS BEEN ADDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TIP ADDITIONAL DAY OF, IT IS MOST APPRECIATED BUT NEVER EXPECTED.
